In the name of Allah, the laws that humans create are meant to handle the circumstances of life and the society. However, the laws stipulated by the Creator of the creatures are put forth, and He declared that this law is permanent. This does not mean that such that the Shari'a- as it were- was not benefiting from the circumstances that prevailed at the time of legislation.
