Is the Istibraa (purifying genitals from urine) after urinating or other related issues obligatory or recommended. If a person does not do it, does it make a problem for him?
Answer
In the name of Allah, the Istibraa is required. If man or woman does not do it and a wet substance comes out whether a urine or not then his ablution becomes invalid. Allah knows best.
