What is the ruling of someone who speaks during the lecture, and the professor forbids him from that

In the name of Allah, this work contains underestimation of the lessons and insults the professor. Thus, they are forbidden. He who does this action does not deserve forgiveness from Allah for that work except after the professor forgives him. Allah is the all Guide.
