In the name of Allah, yes it is permissible. Yet, don’t recite the Quranic chapters which include the obligatory prostration and it is better to avoid reciting any chapter containing prostration. It is also disliked for her to recite more than seven verses. It is highly recommended that she does not touch the names of Allah and the infallibles during menstruation. Allah knows best.
