What is the extent and authority of the Wilayat Al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist) in the era of the Major Occultation?

In the name of Allah, its concept means that all legislative and executive powers that are established for the Imam (PBUH) are also established for the Guardian Jurist, except for those that require the infallibility which is exclusive to Muhammad (PBUH&HF), Fatimah (PBUH), and the Imams (PBUT).
