In the name of Allah, the religious ruler is the one who believes that he has the full religious power in the issues of the people and the country. Everything religious should be under his power except the things that are related to the Muhammad , Lady Zahraa and Infallible Imams (PBUT). It is not permissible to anyone and at any stage of knowledge to prohibit what Allah permits or to permit what Allah prohibits. Allah is the All Guide and Knowing.
