In the name of Allah, a woman does have seminal fluid, which she discharges upon reaching the peak of sexual climax. This has been authentically reported in the narrations from the Infallibles (peace be upon them) and confirmed by skilled physicians. If the fluid is discharged in conjunction with the climax, then ghusl becomes obligatory. It should be noted that the discharge of seminal fluid in women differs from that in men. Typically, a man ejaculates fluid in spurts immediately upon reaching the peak of pleasure. In contrast, a woman reaches climax, experiences a brief period of calm, and then the thin, slightly yellowish or cloudy fluid exits slowly—not in spurts like in the case of a man. The bathing person has to remove the thing which he suspected to prevent the water from reaching the body spot. Therefore, the ritual bathing is not valid. If the bathing is sequential, then if what you mentioned is on the right side, then it is sufficient that the suspected area is washed in the required manner and then the left side. If the substance is in the left side, it is sufficient to make the water reach the suspected spot (after removing the substance which prevents the water). If the substance is on the head or its surroundings, the spot is to be washed, the right side and then the left side. In case the bathing was in immersion, it is sufficient to wash the suspected spot wherever it is. The ritual bathing does is not to be repeated. Allah knows best.

However, if a person makes the intention of washing when water pours on the right side after washing the head and neck, and the water flows on the right side, it is sufficient to achieve it, as well as from the left side, then it is not necessary to get out from under the shower.
